Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- All persons entering this giveaway, is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The participation for the giveaway starts when the Facebook/Instagram post goes live, and ends on 27th July 2020, 12pm.
- Participants must fulfill all requirements as stipulated.
- The Giveaway of one-time disinfection service is (a) provided for areas up to 2,000 sqft. Charges apply for areas exceeding 2,000 sqft. (b) non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- The winner will be notified by Direct Message (DM) on Facebook/ Instagram within 5 working days of the closing date. In the event that the winner is uncontactable or do not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, Safe Habitat Pte Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.
- By entering this Giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of his/her business name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our PDPA policies and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
